Basic package:

• We will make contact with your developer and arrange an appointment to inspect your home.
  
• Our qualified inspector will visit, work in accordance with our 600 point check sheet and complete a detailed photographic report in English and Spanish detailing all defects in your home.
  
• All faults are ‘flagged’ manually within your home as an added guarantee it won’t be overlooked by the remediation team.
  
• A report is distributed within 48hrs to your developer, your solicitor, yourself and a copy retained in your property for when the remediation team visit.
  
• Once we are informed all works are complete we will re-visit your home once to ensure all work has been carried out to our high standard.

Remediation works:

• The Silver package includes all of the benefits included within the Bronze package although introduces additional benefits essential when inspecting a new build property.
  
• We will re-visit your home as many times as necessary until your remediation is complete. As thorough as we are, it is common for us to encounter incomplete remediation and poor workmanship during our re-visit.
  
• What if all works are completed first time round? We will refund you the difference as there is no need for this additional service.

Electrical inspection:

• It is very unlikely your electric will be connected during our initial visit so we will re-visit your home once your electric supply has been connected to check:
  
  • Power to all electric sockets.
  • Power to all light fittings.
  • Mechanisms to electric shutters.
  • Power to air conditioning units.
  • Oven/Hood/Extractor
    
• A fresh report will be submitted for this inspection in the usual manner.
  
• With both Silver/Gold packages, In the unlikely event your property does not require these additional revisits we will refund you the difference!

• For the duration of your warranties, we will manage any new defects which arise and have them resolved as quickly as possible.

• As your property will probably be furnished with valuables we can arrange to have all tradesmen works overseen.
